Samantha Brand was born into a family of soccer players and was destined to be a student of the game. She played collegiality in NCAA Division I at the University of San Francisco.  In her last year of college, she was called up to play in the 2011 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers for the Haitian Woman’s National team and was most recently called up for the 2012 Olympic Qualifiers in Vancouver. After college, she began her professional career overseas in Iceland, Sweden and in the US for the Bay Area Breeze. In college, Sam studied Kinesiology and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Exercise and Sports Science. She is CPR and First Aide certified. On almost every team in her adult career, Sam has been trusted in many positions, giving her insight into how to be successful all over the field.  She uses this while coaching today. Sam has coached all ages and skill levels through teams and individual skills training since she was 15 years old, and also started her own winter clinic in Northern CA at age 20. She offers experience from all levels of play, from club teams to National teams, and has a passion to share this with all the players she encounters.
